Like many higher education leaders, the Smith Education Associates Team owe their personal and professional success to what “TRIO taught us” and has extensive experience submitting TRIO pre-college and college proposals, annual performance reports (APR) and auditing TRIO programs to ensure adherence to Prior Experience Objectives to ensure project continuation.
Federal TRIO programs have been the model of college access and success since the Economic Opportunity Act created Upward Bound in 1964.
